Many cultures throughout time have interpreted the Blood Moon differently, but many of these folktales share a common theme: that the moon itself is bleeding.
Red tigers eye represents the full blood moon, matching its red, copper hues. The backside of the stone is full silver moon, its surface cratered. Dripping cutouts reveal the sanguine stone underneath. Flanking the moon are two swirling silver scrollwork accents. On each side, the chain is comprised of vibrant red almandine garnets, midnight black spinel, and silversheen obsidian to shimmer like moonlight, each stone bead wrapped by hand in oxidized sterling silver. All metal used in this piece is sterling silver.
The chain is finished with hook clasp and is fully adjustable as the clasp can fit through any link in the chain, with a maximum wearable length of 16".
