This website is hosted by Shopify and uses their built-in payment processor, PayPal, or AfterPay, depending on your choice. I never see any of your personal or payment information aside from what is necessary for shipping your order.
Email & Contact
If you subscribe to my email list or contact me about custom commissions, questions, etc. I will not disclose your email or any other information to outside parties.
Terms of Service
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
I gladly accept returns within certain conditions:
Contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Ship the item(s) back within 30 days of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for any loss of value outside of damage that occurred in-transit. If the item arrived damaged, pictures will be required before shipping the item back to submit a claim.
If your item was lost in-transit, please send me an email and we can discuss a resolution.
I will do repairs on my jewelry on a case-by-case basis. Please email me a picture along with details of the damage for a quote.
