The deep, sanguine red of the garnet stands out against the oxidized sterling silver of the hammered ring band. The rosecut garnet catches light at all angles, causing the stone to appear to glow with an internal fire. The ring band has been hammered to create the texture, then oxidized and tumbled to strengthen the metal and give it a final polish. All of the silver has been oxidized, a process which creates the blackened or antiqued appearance on silver. All metal used in this ring is sterling silver.
Please let me know your desired ring size in the notes at check-out (US sizes 3- 13.5). You will not be receiving this exact ring, but rather a ring made in your choice of size in the same design. As with any handmade product, these rings will not be completely identical. This listing is for one ring. Pictures showing multiple are there to show the differences in texture that occur due to the handmade nature of the rings.

A few notes on caring for oxidized sterling silver: oxidized patina on sterling silver isn't particularly durable to long-term exposure to water (like bathing or swimming) or a lot of scrubbing, as friction is the way to polish silver to shine. Constant exposure to tasks such as hand washing, bathing, swimming, washing dishes, etc., will slowly wear away the oxidized patina leaving a shiny silver finish. Cleaning sterling silver can also remove oxidized patina applied to the piece, so use caution when cleaning if there is desired oxidized patina.
